Email Designer – DTC eCommerce (Whisky Library)About the Role

We’re looking for an Email Designer to create high-quality, conversion-focused email campaigns for Whisky Library. You’ll work closely with marketing, copywriters, and eCommerce teams to turn campaigns and messaging into engaging email experiences that drive sales, retention, and subscription growth.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, an understanding of eCommerce, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We are Whisky Library, a U.S.-based whiskey retail and subscription company building a modern way to discover and purchase bourbon. We’re a small, global, execution-driven team that values ownership, speed, and high-quality work.

What You’ll Do
  • Design email campaigns, promotions, newsletters, and lifecycle emails

  • Turn copy and marketing concepts into compelling visual designs

  • Create mobile-friendly, conversion-focused email layouts

  • Maintain consistency across email campaigns and brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with marketing, copy, and eCommerce teams

  • Create variations for testing and continuously improve creative based on performance

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of email or digital design experience, preferably in DTC/eCommerce

  • Strong portfolio showcasing email and digital design

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and responsive design

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
  • Klaviyo experience is a plus, but not required

  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms

  • Understanding of email marketing and A/B testing

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
