Nomad Internet is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead a robust campaign aimed at overhauling our email strategies. This role focuses on audience segmentation, personalized content creation, and spam resolution to enhance overall engagement and deliverability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in email marketing, with specific skills in list management and content personalization.

Responsibilities:

Audience Segmentation: Categorize our email list into targeted segments including RV Camping enthusiasts, Road Travelers, Affiliates, and existing Customers.

Content Personalization: Develop and implement tailored content strategies to boost engagement, open rates, and click-through rates for each segment.

Spam Resolution: Identify and resolve issues causing our emails to land in spam folders; implement industry best practices such as SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track email campaign performance across various metrics like deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates.

Optimization Strategies: Regularly refine email content and segmentation based on performance data and subscriber feedback. Conduct A/B testing on different elements like subject lines and email formats.

Reporting: Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization efforts.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing systems and analytics tools.
  • Experience with email best practices, including list hygiene and spam regulation compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Background in digital marketing within the tech or telecommunications sectors.
