About You

Nutrafol is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Email & SMS Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of our lifecycle marketing marketing programs for new customer acquisition. Reporting to the Leads Marketing Manager, you will help bring campaigns to life by coordinating with internal stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring launch accuracy, and delivering actionable performance insights.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and is eager to grow their skills in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly email and SMS campaigns to support monthly and quarterly goals, from briefing concepts to working with our agency to execute on-time 
  • Partner with Manager to optimize automated email and SMS journeys 
  • Monitor and report channel initiatives to share weekly and monthly analytics insights as well as ideate on opportunities to adjust campaigns to improve performance 
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to create content specific to the channel
  • Partner with external channel partners to deploy quality campaigns on time 
  • Proactively come to the table with new ideas to prepare for cross-functional meetings 
  • Take a data-driven approach to all recommendations and insights 
  • Manage email and SMS campaigns, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Create campaign briefs, maintain campaign calendars and tracking documentation, and oversee project timelines, approvals, and feedback cycles.
  • Analyze campaign, testing, and channel performance through weekly and monthly reporting, identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for agency partners, facilitating campaign handoffs, reviewing deliverables, consolidating feedback, and providing final launch approvals.
  • Own campaign QA processes, validating content, links, targeting, personalization, and tracking across all email and SMS campaigns and automated flows.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, and Content teams to develop channel-specific campaign assets and support ongoing program enhancements.

 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, particularly when reviewing campaigns, tracking, and customer-facing communications.
  • Experience utilizing Klaviyo including hands-on use of campaign execution, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within lifecycle marketing.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with a D2C or subscription-based business, health and wellness, or eCommerce space
  • Experience with Tableau and/or similar web analytics tools
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$75,000$85,000 USD
