Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, concise communication to management, product development teams and customers
- Lead the team through the identification and negotiation of product scope and schedule
- Develop and own highly integrated execution plans with 10+ software, hardware engineering disciplines
- Identify, track and mitigate execution roadblocks and technical risks
- Lead and drive internal, cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement to an established product development process
- Manage the entire program scope of work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Must have 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager within the Semiconductor industry
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project & Excel, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
