Summary

The Employee Services Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, delivering a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience for new associates. This role partners with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, IT, Learning & Development, Credentialing, and other stakeholders to ensure associates are prepared for a successful start at Curana Health. The position also supports onboarding operations, compliance activities, orientation programs, and continuous process improvement initiatives. 


Essential Functions: 


Onboarding & Associate Experience 

  • Manage onboarding from offer acceptance through post-start follow-up, serving as the primary contact for new hires and hiring managers. 

  • Monitor progress, required pre-employment activities, and key milestones while providing proactive communication and support throughout the onboarding journey. 

  • Gather and analyze onboarding feedback to strengthen the associate experience and improve future onboarding activities. 

Orientation & Training Support 

  • Coordinate and facilitate New Associate Orientation programs. 

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of required training and onboarding activities. 

  • Prepare orientation communications, materials, and follow-up resources. 

Compliance & Documentation 

  • Complete and maintain I-9 and E-Verify requirements within required timeframes. 

  • Support background screening, licensing, registry verification, and onboarding compliance activities. 

  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation. 

Systems, Equipment & Operational Support 

  • Coordinate onboarding-related equipment and access requests with IT and other internal partners. 

  • Support onboarding workflows within HR systems and ticketing platforms, including responding to Employee Services inquiries and help desk tickets. 

  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues and partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. 


Process Improvement & Reporting 

  • Maintain onboarding metrics, reports, and tracking tools to support audits, compliance reporting, and leadership requests. 

  • Identify and support opportunities to improve onboarding processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency. 

  • Assist with special projects, acquisitions, and cross-functional initiatives. 

   Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Required 

  • Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, or a related field. 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Workday, iCIMS, HireRight, Freshservice, or similar HR and service management systems. 

  • Healthcare industry experience. 

  • Experience supporting onboarding, orientation, or compliance-related processes.
