Role Overview
We are seeking an End-to-End Project Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale IT/OT transformation and separation program. This role is intentionally non-technical, focusing on orchestration, coordination, and execution rather than deep technical expertise.
The ideal candidate excels at translating complex technical discussions into clear, actionable plans, ensuring alignment across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end execution across IT/OT migration workstreams
- Translate highly technical discussions into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear outcomes and accountability
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple teams
- Maintain alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in large transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage highly technical initiatives without deep technical involvement
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Exceptional organizational and execution capabilities
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience in IT/OT environments, manufacturing, or system migrations
- Exposure to separation, carve-out, or divestiture programs
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid)
