Founded by Abhay Parasnis and backed by Microsoft, GV, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona and Menlo, we’re building category-defining technology at the intersection of creativity and AI with real impact. Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing.

What You’ll Do

As an Engagment Manager, you will partner closely with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI-driven content strategies that accelerate production, strengthen brand governance, and elevate campaign performance. In this role, you will guide clients through discovery workshops, define high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end solution deployment—from requirements gathering to platform configuration and integration.

How You’ll Make Impact

  • Lead enterprise-scale marketing and creative operations transformations by leveraging Typeface's generative AI solutions to drive organizational evolution
  • Develop deep partnerships with key stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Creative Directors, Brand Managers) by demonstrating profound knowledge of AI-powered content solutions tailored to their business goals
  • Build trust, confidence, and advocacy through executive communication cadences and proactive project/issue management
  • Formulate comprehensive GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven content creation and brand governance
  • Define and prioritize use cases across email marketing, ad campaigns, social media, SEO content, and video creation
  • Collaborate with Typeface engineers and architects to build detailed requirements for customer-specific implementations
  • Guide solution configuration and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and platform integrations (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Campaign Manager 360)
  • Drive product adoption across marketing, creative, and content teams through hands-on enablement and best practice sharing
  • Establish success metrics and business value frameworks tied to content velocity, brand consistency, cost savings, and campaign performance
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating field insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Develop and share scalable implementation patterns, templates, and best practices across the customer base

What You’ll Bring

  • 4-10+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or marketing technology
  • Proven track record leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industries
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges
  • Exceptional at crafting a culture of customer-centricity with ability to build C-level relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Passion for AI and practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirements
  • Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms, DAM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Strong grasp of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, with understanding of brand governance and content safety
  • Product and human-centric approach—comfortable at the intersection of business, strategy, creativity, and technology
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing ambiguity in fast-moving AI landscape
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences with strong risk management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations, workshops, and documentation with ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment
