Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we’re looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus.  Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!

In this role you will:

  • Streamline Cross-Functional Workflows: Analyze how different teams — engineering, operations, sales, and others — work within Magnite’s products and systems. Identify opportunities to automate or optimize manual processes, then implement reliable, scalable solutions to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to deeply understand Magnite’s products, user interactions, and the workflows that drive them — ensuring automation aligns with real-world needs.

  • Learn and Grow: Gain exposure to distributed systems, modern development environments, and automation frameworks while developing strong problem-solving and engineering fundamentals.

  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, share insights, and proactively suggest enhancements to our tools, infrastructure, and processes.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in AI Agentic Workflows: Deep understanding of context window management, dynamic skill sets, and orchestration patterns for coordinating multiple specialized AI agents.

  • 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in software development.

  • A desire to learn about all facets to Magnite’s business to better understand problems that can be solved for team members of the entire org. through modern tech

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.

  • Experience or interest in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

  • Curiosity about LLMs and applied AI — prompt design, APIs, or workflow automation.

  • Exposure to development environments like Cursor or IDEs that integrate AI tools.

  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

  • A proactive, growth-oriented attitude — you’re excited to learn from feedback and build new skills every week.
