In this pivotal role, you will guide the development of cutting-edge software that enables businesses to break through data silos and achieve real-time connectivity. You will balance technical leadership with people management to drive high-quality software delivery while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

 

As an Engineering Manager, you'll align your team’s efforts with our broader technical strategy, ensuring seamless execution in a fast-paced environment. You’ll cultivate a collaborative environment where engineers can do their best work, innovate, and continuously grow, all while contributing to the architectural discussions and code reviews that shape our product's future.

 

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Drive technical design decisions and contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Oversee project delivery timelines, coordinating sprint planning and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to enhance knowledge sharing and alignment with broader company goals.
  • Empower team growth through regular feedback, career development planning, and performance coaching.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs effectively to stakeholders and Directors of Engineering.

Qualifications

  • 6+ Years of Software Engineering experience. Hands -on experience in enterprise or SaaS environments with a focus on technical competency and innovation.
  • 3+ Years of Engineering Management experience. Experience leading teams, demonstrating people leadership and development skills.
  • 3+ Years of experience with cloud platform management and architecture (Azure preferred), supporting scalable, high-performance systems and cloud-native deployments.  
  • Strong Communication Skills- Critical for fostering understanding and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong Java/ Kotlin Development Experience- key for contributing to backend services and microservices development.
  • Plus- Kubernetes experience and ability to manage container orchestration and deployment.
  • Plus- React Framework experience and ability to provide an edge in user interface development, contributing to seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Plus- Design and implementation experience with microservice architecture that supports distributed systems and enhances system reliability.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field- or equivalent practical experience.
