  • Contribute technically to some of our most intriguing technical challenges

  • Own the hiring and onboarding process to ensure we're bringing on high-quality engineers who fit our culture and requirements

  • Building data products end to end, including tooling, monitoring and alerting, and orchestrating decentralized oracle networks

Requirements
  • At least 6 years experience as an IC Software Engineer and 4 years in management.

  • Experience or knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 protocols, and the challenges related to developing large, distributed systems

  • High degree of technical curiosity and knowledge.

  • Proven track record of recruiting, nurturing, and scaling high-performing teams, demonstrating the ability to identify talent, foster professional growth, and cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment.
