Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help us build a new, strategic CRM capability from the ground up. The platform will be a core tool supporting InPost's international expansion.

Your role:

  • Build and lead a newly formed engineering team
  • Own the full lifecycle of platform: from initial scoping and roadmap definition through architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders across all European markets, co-creating the solution together with local teams
  • Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Dynamics environment
  • Communicate progress, risks, and roadmap updates to a broad set of business stakeholders across multiple markets
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, team rituals, and ways of working as the team scales

Qualifications

Must have:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering people leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in project or delivery management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, or related modules), including development using underlying technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript; familiarity with other CRM ecosystems (Pipedrive, Hubspot, SAP, or similar) is welcome
  • Proven ability to build teams from scratch and lead through ambiguity and organisational change
  • Demonstrated experience managing or closely collaborating with external vendors or agency partners
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in international or multi-market environments
  • Product mindset with end-to-end ownership and ability to drive outcomes without a fully-staffed structure around you
  • Very good command of English (B2+) in speech and writing
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity and solve complex problems
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows

Nice to have:

  • Cloud certifications
  • Experience with enterprise integrations and legacy system migrations
  • Exposure to security, compliance, or regulatory environments across European markets

Additional Information

Why InPost?

  • An international, cross‑functional environment with experienced engineering leaders.
  • The opportunity to work on products used by millions of users across Europe.
  • Real ownership and influence over teams, technical direction, and long‑term solutions.
  • Flexible working model with remote options in Poland.
  • A strong engineering culture focused on quality, collaboration, and impact.
  • We offer a B2B contract.
