We're growing fast, and we're looking for another Engineering Manager to accelerate our product and help our customers better serve their small business clients.

What You'll Do
  • Work with our talented engineering team to ensure successful execution, and solve technical problems

  • Guide the team through nuanced decisions that balance speed of delivery, quality and complexity

  • Unblock engineers so they can do their best work

  • Contribute to improving our Keeper culture

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, Product Manager, and UX Designer to accelerate growth

Who You Are
  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience building production SaaS software

  • Track record of successful engineering people leadership.

  • Demonstrable experience writing type-safe code with TypeScript

  • Plus: experience hiring great engineers

Stack
  • Front-end: React + Redux (Typescript)

  • Back-end: Node.js + Express (Typescript), TypeORM, Postgres

  • AWS Infra
