  • Partner with Delivery and Product leaders to monitor initiative health, team capacity, resource allocation, workload, and cross-functional execution risks.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, actual spend, software and cloud costs, funding requests, and cost-optimization opportunities in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Coordinate workforce and team operations, including onboarding, offboarding, leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, communications, and change activities.
  • Oversee SaaS assets, licenses, vendors, contracts, renewals, statements of work, invoices, and performance documentation to improve compliance and spend visibility.
  • Coordinate security access reviews, audit requests, disaster recovery plans and exercises, remediation tracking, technical learning programs, and operational process documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, technical operations, business operations, or a related function.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, product, delivery, or technology teams in a matrixed organization.
  • 3+ years of experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, contracts, purchase requests, or invoices.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, project plans, risk registers, or portfolio governance materials.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating workforce operations, software licenses or SaaS assets, security access reviews, compliance activities, or disaster recovery planning.
  • 3+ years of experience using productivity, project-management, financial, or reporting tools to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a large enterprise software engineering organization.
  • Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or scaled delivery frameworks.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS portfolios, software assets, or technology vendor renewals.
  • Experience coordinating audit, security, compliance, business continuity, or disaster recovery programs.
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or cloud cost-management practices.
  • Experience planning technical workshops, certifications, or learning programs and tracking participation or outcomes.
  • Experience preparing executive briefings and communications for cross-functional leadership audiences.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
