Hunt and close enterprise AI, data, and cloud transformation deals. Build pipeline via outbound and partners, own full sales cycle, engage C-suite, partner with architects and engineers, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals ($250K–$5M+).
The summary above was generated by AI

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.

Closers only.

The AI transformation wave is hitting every major enterprise right now. CIOs are under pressure. Budgets are moving. Decisions are being made. The only question is whether you're in the room when they happen.

Solvd is an AI-native engineering and consulting firm, and we're looking for an enterprise hunter who knows how to get in that room — and close what's inside it.

We're not hiring relationship managers. We're not hiring pipeline maintainers. We're hiring someone who wakes up thinking about their next logo and goes to sleep knowing exactly what's between them and the close.

The opportunity

Deals run $250K to $5M+. Buyers are CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs at major enterprises navigating AI adoption, data modernization, and cloud transformation — some of the most complex and consequential technology decisions of their careers.

You'll have a real technical engine behind you. Following our acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development firm, Solvd delivers true end-to-end: strategy, architecture, engineering, and production AI. When you make a commitment, we keep it. That gives you an edge in competitive deals — use it.

You'll also compete with a tailwind. The AI conversation is happening in every boardroom. Enterprises are looking for a partner they can trust. Your job is to make sure that partner is Solvd.

What you'll do
  • Hunt. Build your pipeline from scratch through outbound, partner channels, executive referrals, and relentless prospecting.

  • Own the full sales cycle — discovery, shaping, proposal, negotiation, close — with no hand-holding and no excuses.

  • Get to CIOs and CTOs before your competitors do, and make sure you're the one framing the problem.

  • Partner with Solvd architects and engineers to build programs that win on substance, not just story.

  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and do it repeatedly.

Your unfair advantages

AI-powered sales motion. You'll use AI throughout your workflow — account research, hyper-personalized outreach, proposal development, deal strategy. You'll outwork the competition without outspending your hours.

Technical credibility that opens doors. Solvd's depth in AI, data platforms, and cloud engineering means you walk into conversations with more firepower than a typical services rep. Prospects feel the difference.

A market that's moving. AI transformation budgets are real, they're growing, and enterprises are actively seeking partners. You're not pushing rope uphill — you're catching a wave.

What you bring
  • 6+ years of enterprise technology sales — consulting, digital engineering, or transformation programs preferred.

  • A clear track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals. Not participating in them. Closing them.

  • C-suite fluency: you can command a room with a CTO and follow it with a sharp, persuasive written narrative.

  • Prospecting instincts that don't quit — you know how to build pipeline from cold, not just manage what lands in your lap.

  • Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Databricks) is a real advantage.

Why this, why now

Enterprise AI is the biggest technology spending cycle in a decade. Solvd is positioned at the center of it — AI-native from the ground up, backed by serious engineering depth, and partnered with AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks.

The AEs who establish themselves in this market now will own their territories for years. We're offering the technical team, the brand momentum, and the deal size to make that happen. If you're ready to hunt, we're ready to back you.

When you join Solvd, you'll…

  • Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

  • Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.

  • Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.
