Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, high-impact Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services to join our Digital Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new business growth, spearheading complex, high-value pursuits, and achieving ambitious revenue growth targets across the Banking and Financial Services vertical.

Our Digital Solutions team is a high-performing, matrixed group of experts dedicated to positioning Iron Mountain as a trusted, strategic partner for financial institutions navigating complex legacy modernisation, risk management, and digital transformation roadmaps.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Net-New Logo Acquisition: Own and deliver against ambitious revenue and bookings targets by aggressively driving net-new logo acquisition and expanding high-potential banking accounts.

  • Strategic Pipeline & Territory Development: Identify, cultivate, and convert whitespace opportunities through targeted prospecting, elite executive outreach, data-driven territory plans, and strategic partnerships with Hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • End-to-End Complex Enterprise Sales Leadership: Lead complex sales cycles for high-value enterprise deals, managing qualification rigor, win-strategies, commercial structuring, pricing, and master services agreement negotiations.

  • Consultative Value-Driven Solutioning: Position Iron Mountain's digital portfolio—including Agentic Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Document Processing, and Workflow Automation—to modernize core banking workflows, translating complex requirements into quantified business cases with compelling Return on Investment metrics.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience (or equivalent in technology consulting) selling complex digital solutions to executive-level buyers within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation architectures, including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models, Intelligent Document Processing, Content Services Platforms/Enterprise Content Management, workflow automation, and Cloud/Software as a Service frameworks.

  • Proven ability in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with specific experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and deals typically in the $500K Annual Contract Value range.

  • Demonstrable experience co-selling or aligning with leading cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Global System Integrators.

  • Deep domain expertise of the financial services lifecycle, including a strong understanding of how legacy core banking systems interact with modern digital transformation frameworks and strict regulatory standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (a Master of Business Administration or equivalent experience is a plus).
