What You'll Do
  • Own and grow relationships with Mapbox’s Enterprise customers, driving adoption from initial deployment to platform-scale expansion.

  • Shape and execute multi-year account strategies that extend Mapbox across customer organizations and uncover new opportunities for growth.

  • Multi-thread across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders to build alignment and move complex enterprise opportunities forward.

  • Use usage data, industry insight, and customer goals to proactively identify expansion opportunities.

  • Bring customer insights, market signals, and competitive intelligence back to Mapbox to help influence product and platform strategy.

  • Strong technical sales aptitude demonstrated through a combination of enterprise industry experience, success closing six- and seven-figure contracts, deal size and complexity, and the ability to build rapport with engineers and product owners.

  • Ability to navigate complex customer relationships, earning trust and influence across technical teams through C-level leadership.

  • Ability to collaborate across Mapbox teams- including engineering, support, and marketing- to drive business outcomes, support customer launches, and ensure long-term success.

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $263,500-$356,500. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
