  • Managing and prioritising a large, complex customer portfolio
  • Achieving consistent, predictable ARR growth within existing accounts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute tailored growth plans for each high‑potential enterprise account.
  • Engage Executives with Value: Lead outcome‑based discussions positioning Lansweeper as a critical enabler for visibility, compliance, and risk management.
  • Quantify Business Impact: Build ROI and value models supporting expansion deals.
  • Accelerate Pipeline: Identify and progress large‑scale opportunities, coordinating technical, marketing, and partner resources.
  • Segment & Prioritise: Focus efforts on high‑yield accounts (20×-50× growth potential).
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Partner teams for unified customer strategies.
  • Forecast with Precision: Maintain disciplined execution and forecast accuracy within 10% of target.

Key Requirements
Hard skills:
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management / SaaS Expansion Sales (preferably in IT, technology, or cybersecurity industries)
  • Strong consultative and value‑based selling background
  • Ability to translate technical capability into operational and financial outcomes
  • Track record achieving or exceeding ARR or revenue growth quotas
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Soft skills:
  • Strategic business acumen & long‑term thinking
  • Executive presence and relationship‑building ability
  • Ownership mindset, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration

Our Offer:
  • Competitive salary with 70/30 split (base/variable)
  • Commission plan linked to personal and regional performance
  • Access to the Lansweeper Academy for continuous learning and certification
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility on location and hours
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including insurance and pension plans
  • Growth opportunities within a global SaaS scale‑up environment
  • Company events, recognition programs, and team initiatives
