We have a solid product-market fit, customers love us, and our solution makes a profound impact and difference in the world.

Rhombus was created by industry veterans and is also backed by incredible investors who believe in transforming the world of physical security with enterprise-grade technology that's accessible to any organization.

Who You Are

Here at Rhombus, everyone plays a critical role in achieving our mission to make the world safer with simple, smart, and powerful physical security solutions. No matter what team you're on, the work you do here makes a positive impact across the globe. As a member of the Enterprise Sales team, this individual will collaborate closely with Channel, Solutions Engineering, Product, Solutions Architects, and Leadership.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead Rhombus' push into enterprise new logo strategically significant organizations in North America. This is a Hunting Role. There will be expansion opportunities, but the focus for this individual is to hunt new logos, growing Rhombus' footprint in the enterprise space.

You are a strategic hunter who leads with a GM mentality and thrives in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environment. You have a hunting / acquisition playbook to run and optimize once joining. You will own the full sales cycle - from building your own pipeline to closing some of the largest companies in all major non-SLED verticals, exclusively through Rhombus' channel partner network.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and develop a Central enterprise account territory, build a robust, self-sourced pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive referrals, industry events, and leveraging our channel partner ecosystem.
  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, needs assessment, solution design, demonstration, business case, proposal, negotiation, and close on deals that routinely span multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key buyers and influencers at the VP and C-levels, presenting to senior leadership within corporate and global enterprise accounts.
  • Apply MEDDPICC rigorously to qualify opportunities, advance pipeline, and forecast accurately, using it as a deal-driving tool, not just a CRM field.
  • Drive all business exclusively through Rhombus's channel partner network – build and maintain co-sell relationships with key enterprise-capable partners in your territory, co-creating joint account plans and outbound motions.
  • Segment and prioritize your territory (A/B/C account tiering) and execute a differentiated outreach strategy for each tier that’s fully personalized and multi-threaded for Tier A accounts, scalable and use-case-driven for Tier B and C.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring every account has a current stage, close date, proactive next step, and MEDDPICC criteria updated in real time.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts scoped to each account's environment.
  • Provide consistent, accurate pipeline and forecast reporting to sales leadership, ensuring your number is visible and trusted.
  • Contribute to building and scaling the enterprise sales motion — share deal insights, improve playbooks, and raise the bar for the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A true self-sufficient Strategic Hunter with a history of building, executing and winning new business in the enterprise accounts (2,000+ employees).
  • 3 – 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building a new business motion and selling into enterprise accounts with deal sizes of $100k+ ARR, including experience navigating procurement, legal, and IT approval processes.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker and hunter who builds their own pipeline through strategic outbound, executive networking, partner relationships, and industry presence.
  • Proven ability to manage competitive, multi-threaded sales cycles with urgency, moving deals through the selling cycle with purpose and a clear close plan.
  • 3+ years of channel sales experience — selling through and with resellers and channel partners, not direct.
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or an equivalent enterprise sales methodology — applied in live deals, not just memorized.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills — you can deliver a compelling, business-centric value story to a CFO, COO, or CSO.
  • Strong ability to develop champions and build internal consensus within large, complex organizations.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter mentality, holding yourself accountable to a number and doing what it takes to hit it.
  • Experience at a startup or in a fast-moving, high-growth environment — comfortable building process alongside executing.
  • Working proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Dialpad.
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagements, customer meetings, industry events, and team gatherings.
  • Experience in physical security, IoT, SaaS infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise technology markets preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
