Key Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Director (BDD) will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across Senior Living & Skilled Nursing Operators

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and industry event attendance to managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through to close.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and CRM updates, with a consistent focus on exceeding target.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape Teton’s commercial approach in the US.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment. Or a strong track record and deep network in the senior care industry, and the ability to leverage it from the vendor side!

  • Consistent track record of exceeding million-dollar new business quotas, with experience closing high six-figure ACV deals and managing long sales cycles.

  • A hunter mindset paired with strong consultative selling skills, able to generate pipeline and engage senior stakeholders in complex transactions.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Must have a valid drivers license.
