About the Opportunity
DAS Health is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in healthcare technology or healthcare services sales to win new business within an assigned geographic territory.
This is a 100% net-new business development role—not an account management position or an inherited book of business. You’ll build pipeline, develop executive-level relationships, and close new healthcare clients, targeting practices and organizations with 251+ full-time equivalent employees (FTEs).
You’ll sell a broad portfolio of healthcare IT and business solutions, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, EHR consulting, revenue cycle solutions, and strategic business services. Subject matter experts and cross-functional teams will collaborate with you as you lead opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreement.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify, pursue, and close new healthcare accounts.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, referrals, partner relationships, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with C-level healthcare executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Lead discovery to understand business and technology challenges and connect them to relevant solutions.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including proposals, executive presentations, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to develop solutions and deliver a coordinated buying experience.
  • Consistently win new logos and meet individual sales goals through disciplined opportunity management and follow-through.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven success in net-new sales, including prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing new business.
  • Healthcare technology and/or healthcare services sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling to C-level healthcare executives and senior decision-makers.
  • A track record of meeting individual sales quotas over the past three years and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • The initiative, commercial judgment, and discipline to independently build a territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, EHR, or related healthcare technology solutions.
  • Experience selling to healthcare practices and organizations with 251+ FTEs.
  • Established relationships in ambulatory healthcare or senior living markets.
  • Experience working with or competing against healthcare technology platforms.
  • Recognition for sales achievement, such as President’s Club or comparable honors.
Why Join DAS Health?
Bring your healthcare sales expertise to a role centered on territory ownership, executive relationships, and new-business growth. You’ll represent a broad solutions portfolio and collaborate with specialists who help connect client needs to the right services.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
