Description

Cogniac is on a mission to innovate how industrial companies conduct visual inspection tasks. Our software leverages the latest in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to make computer vision easier, faster and more accurate. Our customers include well-known auto makers, rail companies, and federal government agencies. 

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. You will leverage your experience as a solution seller to identify potential clients, build strong relationships and win new accounts selling our AI-based software platform. This is a high-visibility role with tremendous earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle with a target list of large enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities using outbound prospecting
  • Qualify new accounts and create a strong value proposition for Cogniac
  • Lead customer meetings and build strong relationships at every level of the organization
  • Work closely with Customer Success to effectively execute pilots
  • Lead an extended team to close deals and exceed sales targets
  • Drive a feedback loop to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales leadership.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to large customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Successful winning large, complex, solution-based sales campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a “hunting”, outbound-focused environment
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Can easily grasp technical concepts and convey them in a simple manner
  • Previous startup experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a technical field
  • Travel ~50% or more (post-COVID)
