As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be an expert in selling ActivTrak. You'll play a critical role in driving our growth by expanding our customer base and deepening relationships with existing clients. You'll leverage your sales skills to demonstrate the value of ActivTrak's solutions, helping businesses optimize productivity and gain critical insights. 

In this role you will:

  • Strategically prospect, acquire, and onboard new logos while effectively expanding business within your assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute against a territory plan to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, employing a deep understanding of their business challenges to present ActivTrak as a strategic solution. 
  • Proactively identify and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead impactful discovery calls and client meetings, crafting compelling presentations, personalized demonstrations, and tailored proposals that clearly articulate ActivTrak's ROI.
  • Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) as your primary sales hub, meticulously managing daily activities, ensuring data hygiene, and providing accurate, data-driven pipeline forecasts.
  • Partner with Solution Consultants, Customer Success and others to build robust pipelines, overcome objections, and successfully close complex deals.

Requirements

  • 5 years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and negotiating complex deals, with a track record of closing opportunities valued at $100k+ ARR.
  • A track record of exceeding quota and driving growth within a territory. 
  • Exceptional self-motivation, a strong sense of urgency, and a relentless drive to win and lead.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. 
  • Proven track record of converting prospects and closing deals over the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment while consistently achieving quotas. 
  • Experience in utilizing established sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger Sales, or Command of the Message.
  • Proficient with SFDC.
  • Experience with Clari preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics, understand key performance indicators, and manage daily activities to achieve targets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and effectively communicate business concepts to diverse audiences.
