What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive new business sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Identify, engage, and close net-new opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Run strategic sales campaigns focused on solving customer pain points.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, mastering Bindplane’s cutting-edge observability solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage multiple sales cycles with 10-20 active opportunities per quarter while navigating long-term strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand pipeline opportunities.
  • Leverage partnerships and personal networks to generate leads and grow revenue.
  • Attend key industry events, trade shows, and on-site meetings to build brand presence and customer relationships.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, monitoring, or data management (required).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical sales cycles and the ability to communicate value at both technical and executive levels.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving urgency in sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales automation, and pipeline management.
