At LTV.ai, we’re redefining customer engagement for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating creative assets without designers, to personalization.

While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why join us?

We’re a fast-moving team building a high-growth company that’s transforming the e-commerce industry. As an early sales hire focused on our most strategic prospects, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market motion, refining our sales narrative, and turning the biggest names in commerce into long-term believers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across large enterprise e-commerce brands, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 prospects.

  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine messaging, build playbooks, and shape pricing and packaging strategies for our top-tier segment.

  • Educate prospects on how LTV.ai’s AI-powered platform transforms retention marketing and helps brands 3x Revenue per Send.

  • Maintain deep understanding of customer pain points in e-commerce and articulate how LTV.ai delivers measurable business value.

  • Partner with product and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term success for every account you bring on.

  • Leverage your AI curiosity to shape how we talk about technical differentiation with a business-first lens.

What we’re looking for (ideally):

  • 5–8+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or AI-native platforms.

  • Prior experience working with or selling into e-commerce brands—especially at the $100M+ GMV level.

  • A strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, retention channels, and what operators truly care about.

  • AI-first operator - you’re curious, technically fluent, and able to translate advanced capabilities into strategic business outcomes.

  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in fast-moving startup environments.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a love for building relationships and navigating complex orgs.

Compensation + Benefits

  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players

  • Equity included

If you’re curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we’d love to hear from you.
