RigUp is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive I who will be responsible for Vendor-Facing Commercial growth. Our ideal candidate for this role will be well-versed in oil and gas, knowledgeable in standard office software, motivated to impact supplier and client relationships, and driven to exceed expectations.
What you'll be doing:
  • Vendor Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential vendors through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events, etc.).
  • Interest Generation: Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with potential vendors, generating interest and enthusiasm.
  • Onboarding: Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to new vendors on how to use our platform, tools, and resources to maximize their sales potential.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to help vendors achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Assisting with feedback and reporting as well as market analysis to aid in strategic guidance of company initiatives
  • Triaging requests from clients to the supplier pool to ensure clients' needs are met

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional experience preferred but not required:
  • Experience in logistics space

  • Occasionally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to manipulate office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
  • Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
  • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
  • Occasionally stooping
  • Occasionally crouching
  • Occasionally crawling
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to reach overhead
  • Ability to reach at shoulder level
