What You’ll Do: 

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across our enterprise customer base. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close—while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint and delivering value through SambaSafety’s suite of risk management solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, engage, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and solution-based proposals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SambaSafety’s evolving product offerings.

 What You’ll Bring:  

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or risk management solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for driving results.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
