  • Provide deep technical expertise in financial processing systems and healthcare claims architecture (on prem and cloud).

Collaboration, Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with architecture principles and standards.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to team members.
  • Deliver high-quality architectural work products within defined timeframes while managing risk and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Documentation

  • Quickly assimilate new technologies and business knowledge to support evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or other related field.
    • 8 years additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • 10+ years of experience with Enterprise Architecture processes, including project intake, solution architecture, logical and physical architecture design, cloud architecture, infrastructure costing, and security protocols.
  • 3-5 years of enterprise‑level experience focused on architecture domains such as systems, data, interfaces, infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud architecture.
  • Proven expertise integrating trading partner technologies with healthcare and financial processing systems using enterprise APIs, with an understanding of financial operations governance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial payroll and accounting systems, electronic healthcare systems, and financial claims processing (X12, HL7).
  • Hands-on experience using Unicom System Architect and Visio to produce logical software and physical infrastructure architecture diagrams (SV01, SV02, SV03).
  • Experience developing Business Enterprise Architecture Assessments, including business requirements, high‑level technical solutions, cost estimates, resource planning, security considerations, and solution options.
  • Demonstrated experience with SOA and API integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Oracle Service Bus, JBoss, or similar ESBs.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing consultative Enterprise Architecture guidance to both management and technical teams to solve complex business and IT challenges.
  • Experience designing SOA‑based solutions and APIs, ideally within healthcare claims or financial processing environments.
