Overview

We're looking for an Enterprise Business Analyst to provide dedicated pre-production operational support for the Enterprise Loyalty implementation team as new capabilities are built and onboarded. This role creates scalable processes, documentation, and testing support that enable successful client implementations while freeing the delivery team to stay focused on execution.

This is intentionally a pre-production support role: you'll build the documentation, repeatable processes, and operational knowledge that lay the foundation for a future production support organization.
Reports To: Client Data & Platform Rules Product Owner
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated pre-production operational support for the Enterprise Loyalty implementation team as new capabilities are built and onboarded.

  • Own day-to-day coordination of client testing activities.

  • Analyze inbound and outbound files to determine whether issues originate from client configuration or internal systems, and document findings through resolution.

  • Develop and maintain both internal support documentation and client-facing implementation guides.

  • Attend implementation team standups and stay aligned with ongoing development work.

  • Provide operational support to the Client Data & Platform Rules Product Owner and the broader Support organization.

  • Partner with QA on testing, validation, and issue triage.

Initial Priorities

  • Build and maintain internal support documentation and client-facing implementation guides.

  • Establish a rhythm for tracking and updating day-to-day changes across active implementations.

  • Attend implementation standups and stay current on ongoing development.

  • Serve as the operational point of contact during client testing and validation.

  • Process and analyze implementation files to determine root cause of issues (client vs. platform).

  • Establish repeatable testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue-triage processes.

  • Partner with QA to align on testing standards.

What Success Looks Like

  • Fewer implementation bottlenecks, thanks to dedicated pre-production operational support.

  • A documented, repeatable operational process that reduces ad hoc firefighting during client testing and validation.

  • A scalable foundation that can evolve into a dedicated production support function, including future 24/7 operations support.
