What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

Elevate Your Sales Career

If you already have up to two years of experience in sales — whether that’s in SaaS, door-to-door, or another outbound selling environment — this is your opportunity to make the leap into AI. At Mimica, you’ll learn how to navigate complex buying processes, engage senior stakeholders, and master the art of multi-threaded, high-value selling. As part of our early sales team, you’ll fuel our growth by generating qualified opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and laying the foundation for a long-term career in software sales.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Build and prioritize strategic target account lists to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

  • Craft and send personalized outreach — from cold call scripts to LinkedIn and email sequences — using tools like Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Execute outbound and inbound campaigns, following up with marketing-qualified leads to keep the pipeline active and growing.

  • Qualify and nurture opportunities through discovery conversations, setting up high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.

  • Participate in discovery calls and demos with senior decision-makers at target accounts, gaining exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate, detailed records in Salesforce, including account info, deal size, and status, to support forecasting.

  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve our playbooks, processes, and tools.

What you will bring

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in previous sales roles, demonstrating consistency, persistence, and results orientation.

  • Eagerness to learn and continually build on your knowledge of Mimica’s value proposition, market, and ICP.

  • Commitment to a career in technical software sales — developing pipelines, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.

  • Drive to achieve personal and career goals despite rejections or setbacks.

  • Discipline and the ability to apply a structured process in order to meet your quota consistently.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills — you are comfortable initiating conversations, articulate, and not afraid to share a point of view, but also able to ask questions and actively listen.

Bonus

  • Prior cloud/SaaS sales development experience — researching and building new and existing accounts.

  • Proven interest in AI, ML, or automation.

  • Familiarity working within growth-stage startup environments — delivering value quickly and iteratively.
