The TigerConnect team is seeking a driven, results-oriented Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be booking qualified meetings for your assigned Account Executive while independently managing your own book of business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and is energized by the opportunity to build pipeline, drive revenue, and achieve meaningful personal success.  

  

What You'll Be Doing  

  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for your assigned Account Executive through strategic outbound prospecting efforts  
  • Make 75+ cold calls per day to prospective enterprise healthcare customers  
  • Independently manage and maintain your assigned book of business with strong organization and attention to detail  
  • Research and identify key healthcare decision-makers (e.g., CNO, CMIO, CIO, IT and Operations leaders) within target accounts  
  • Effectively communicate TigerConnect's value proposition to potential customers  
  • Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce and use Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo to power efficient, high-impact prospecting  
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals  
  • Develop a working understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics  
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly meeting and pipeline targets  

  

What You Bring  

Required:  

  • 2+ years professional working experience with at least 1+ year of SaaS BDR/SDR experience or in a closing role  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required  
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets  
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo or similar tools  
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a pay-for-performance  
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (75+ calls/day)  
  • High energy, resilience, and positivity aligned with the TigerConnect culture  
  • Healthcare industry experience  

Preferred:  

  • Experience with AI prospecting software and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence tools  
  • Experience prospecting into acute healthcare organizations
