What You’ll Do

Edmentum is on a mission to accelerate learning for every student, and as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the center of that impact. You will partner with some of the nation’s largest school districts, designing strategic implementations that help leaders achieve meaningful, scalable student outcomes. You’ll bring deep educational and implementation expertise, serving as a trusted advisor who ensures our programs deliver results.

In this role you will:

  • Lead district‑wide implementation strategy by designing thoughtful, data‑informed plans that drive measurable success.
  • Build strong partnerships with cabinet‑level district leaders, principals, and educators—earning trust as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Guide program adoption by empowering district teams, strengthening implementation fidelity, and aligning Edmentum solutions with local priorities.
  • Monitor usage and student performance data to uncover insights and make strategic recommendations that accelerate outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Service teams to support retention, expansion, and customer health.
  • Ensure internal documentation is complete, accurate, and actionable so all partners have a clear picture of district progress and needs.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years of experience leading EdTech or instructional program implementations at district scale.
  • You have 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS‑based K–12 solutions.
  • You are deeply knowledgeable about curriculum, instruction, state accountability systems, and instructional practice trends.
  • You are experienced in engaging and influencing superintendents, cabinet‑level leaders, and principals.
  • You are skilled at analyzing district‑level data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • You have strong communication skills that adapt effectively to educators, administrators, and internal teams.
  • You have a track record of leading through ambiguity, maintaining focus, and driving results.
  • You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • You are collaborative and proactive, consistently building strong relationships across teams.
  • You have strong problem‑solving skills and the confidence to address implementation missteps directly and constructively.
  • You are able to travel up to 65% as needed.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$100,000$110,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
