Lead global, client-facing implementation projects for corporate travel clients: create and maintain project plans, manage risks and stakeholders, ensure on-time delivery, and support sales as needed.

Job Summary
Enterprise Implementation Project Manager is a client facing role who will be responsible for delivering timely and successful customer implementations on behalf of Direct Travel. This position will coordinate efforts with internal and external resources to meet the objectives of the implementation project, mitigate risks and overcome obstacles to deliver on time results.
Essential Functions
- Lead & drive structured global project team of internal cross functional resources, maintaining outcomes and timely delivery
- Consultative approach to maintain alignment in contracted scope and DT best practice while securing customer participation and engagement
- Own and maintain well documented and organized project plans, schedules with internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbal
- Global awareness and business acumen
- Manage project risk by engaging with key stakeholders and document solution and outcomes
- Escalates critical issues to management team members as required
- Maintain understanding and expertise in process flows and related documents for the business
- Assist, as needed, commercial teams in strategic sales presentations where implementation is on the agenda
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in client onboarding, system implementation, or operations support; preferably in the corporate travel or SaaS sectors
- Project Management experience with ability to balance and prioritize deadlines of concurrent projects
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English required, bilingual a plus)
- Strong skills in MS Office tools, Smartsheet, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with travel technology and booking platforms such as Spotnana, Concur, Deem, Sabre, Amadeus, or other online booking/GDS tools
- Must be self-motivated and willing to accept change
- Must take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments
