Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating net new sales revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business and securing transactional opportunities.

You will join a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to establishing Iron Mountain’s presence in our new Tampa location and driving success from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25,000 and achieving monthly sales quota targets.

  • Collaborate with Field Sales Account Executives, and Sales Subject Matter Experts to execute account strategies and align solutions with customer business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by tracking all activities in Salesforce and managing Request for Proposal responses and Service Level Agreements.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales working with large enterprise accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of complex sales processes, virtual selling via video platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.

  • Proven ability in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and negotiating with key decision-makers to overcome objections.

  • Strategic thinking skills to align sales efforts with enterprise goals and a resilient, target-driven mindset.
