The Mission

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join and lead large-scale multi-stream programs for Enterprise Clients for the Cloud Project Management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, complex cloud transformation projects for Enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior consulting professional who has managed at the program and portfolio level, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, governance rigor, and long-term account growth.

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and internal teams to define program goals, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive results. You can successfully scale delivery models up and down using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall or hybrid approaches based on client maturity and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building executive relationships and ability to communicate and influence C-Suite level stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of programs, from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our clients bringing a strong point of view on delivery governance, financial management, and risk management.

Your Assignment
  • Program Management: Lead and manage multiple large-scale, enterprise-level programs related to cloud adoption, migration, and transformation. As the Program Manager you will be responsible for defining success criteria, establishing governance structures, and ensuring alignment between client stakeholders and delivery teams to the client goals and organizational strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Contract and Change Management: Own the execution of client contracts , ensuring delivery aligns with contractual scope, timelines, and financial commitments. Lead change control processes, including identification, documentation, review, and execution of Change Orders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, senior leadership, and internal teams. Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Drive executive-level client communication, including steering committees, quarterly business reviews, monthly program reviews, and ongoing status reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans. Identify dependencies, risks, and roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution ensuring adherence to our delivery standard. Mentor and coach Program and Project Managers, supporting onboarding, professional development, and progression from project-level to program-level leadership.
  • Delivery Framework: Provide leadership and guidance on Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, coaching teams on best-fit models for enterprise clients.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage program risks, issues, and changes, escalating where necessary and ensuring that mitigation plans are in place to keep projects on track. Serve as the primary escalation and decision point for program risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution with minimal impact to client outcomes.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Own program financials, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue realization, utilization, and margin management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Drive continuous improvement practices within the team and with clients.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, milestones, risks, and issues. Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, cloud providers, and third-party partners as needed to ensure program success.
  • Practice Contributions: Assist in continuously improving program management standards, templates, governance models, and operating rhythms. Participate in interviewing and the development of program and project management talent.
Your Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in the IT/cloud consulting industry. Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a must.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with budgets typically exceeding $5-10M+.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools with ability to build out complex, multi year client roadmaps.
  • Experience leading client agile transformations or designing the best project management approach for Clients.
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage forecasting, budgeting, and revenue realization, and to coach others in these practices.
  • Ability to operate credibly at both the executive and delivery team levels, bridging business objectives and technical execution.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks as well as proven ability in successful Escalation management of Enterprise and Strategic or Complex clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the ability to understand client's business needs, encompassing both short-term objectives and long-term goals to drive additional revenue or account growth.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
  • Ability to develop processes, templates and standards around project management best practices.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage engagements and ensure they are executed with excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in the areas of infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines.
  • Experience developing and institutionalizing program management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop program and project management professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a top-tier consulting or systems integrator (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Publicis Sapient, Cognizant, Slalom).
  • Program or Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP).
  • Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, CSP, PSM).
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for these positions varies from $156,000 to $200,000 USD per year, depending on the role, experience, and qualifications. 

Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
