This approach allows our teams to stay connected while maintaining autonomy and work‑life balance. We are highly focused on delivering value to our customers, and our recent merger has strengthened our position as the market leader in security workforce management software.

Trackforce (TrackTik) is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate new-logo growth across Fortune 2000 accounts within Finance, Healthcare, Energy & Manufacturing verticals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this person will own a strategic territory spanning physical security, safety, and security workforce management buyers — carrying a direct sales quota while also contributing to broader account-based marketing (ABM) and vertical go-to-market initiatives.

This is a builder’s role for someone who thrives on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. You will navigate economic buyers, security operations leaders, and procurement teams to position TrackTik’s SaaS platform as the system of record for guard force and physical security operations — competing for budget against legacy incident-management tools and point solutions.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, MEDDPICC-driven seller who can build and defend a qualified pipeline, run a rigorous forecast, and represent Trackforce at industry events such as GSX. You will partner closely with existing Account Executives and sales leadership to develop vertical plays (healthcare, energy, automotive, and others) and help shape the messaging, battlecards, and outreach strategy that fuel the broader team.

This role carries significant visibility and growth potential — success here is a strong path toward regional sales leadership as Trackforce continues to scale as the market leader in security workforce management software.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the full sales cycle for a named list of enterprise and Fortune 2000 accounts - from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Carry and consistently exceed a direct sales quota, managing a healthy, well-qualified pipeline using the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Build and execute account-based strategies for target verticals (healthcare, energy, automotive, and others) partnering with marketing on messaging and outreach.
  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded deals, engaging economic buyers, security operations leadership, IT, and procurement across enterprise organizations.
  • Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (Salesforce) to support pipeline visibility and territory planning.
  • Represent Trackforce at industry events, including GSX and regional trade shows, building relationships that translate into pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to shape deal strategy and relay market feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven experience selling to Fortune 2000 organizations, ideally into security, safety, cyber operations, or facilities buying centers.
  • Fluency in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar), with disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to sell to and influence C-level and VP-level economic buyers.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and familiarity with modern sales tech stacks.
  • Willingness to travel (up to approximately 30%) for client meetings, trade shows, and team events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling physical security, GRC, workforce management, cyber or incident-management/GSOC software.
  • Existing network among corporate security, cyber, safety, or loss prevention leaders.
  • Background in security services, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus and often resonates with our buyer base.
  • Experience contributing to ABM campaigns, vertical playbooks, or sales enablement content.

Success Metrics

  • Fully ramped on Trackforce platforms, ICP, and MEDDPICC qualification process within the first 90 days.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of at least 3x quota within the first 6 months.
  • Achieve 100% of assigned quota within the first 12 months.
  • Actively contribute to at least one vertical ABM initiative or GSX-related campaign within the first 6 months.
