About the role

Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales!

This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with the founding team and sales leaders. You’ll be a driver and co-owner for a specific asset class in Setpoint's growing sales organization.

Who will love this job
  • A closer: You love the thrill of the deal, uncovering customer pain points, shaping solutions that win, and driving enterprise partnerships from first call to close.
  • A great communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A multi-tasker: You can manage multiple priorities and set frameworks for how to execute them effectively within their deadlines.
  • A problem-solver: You can quickly get to expert status in new areas, understand what’s most important and solve problems.
  • A process driver: You can pickup complex systems and design repeatable solutions.
  • A self-starter: You are able to work in an ambiguous environment and create a repeatable process.
What you’ll do
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to bring on new business.
  • Partner with our Product Managers to drive custom solutions for prospects.
  • Perform outreach through our network and initiate conversations with enterprise prospects.
  • Attend industry events and build relationships through client entertainment.
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the vertical you own.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams.
  • Leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process.
You should have
  • 5-10 years of experience in new business development.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and in a startup environment.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
  • Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team.
  • Ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings, entertainment, and industry events is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
