Individual contributor enterprise sales role selling parking, EV charging, and workplace transportation SaaS to large organizations across North America. The role requires 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience in parking technology, proptech, commercial real estate, or workplace technology; strong qualification discipline; and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Candidates should bring relevant industry relationships, especially with major commercial real estate firms, and may help build an AE team as the company scales.

Rockstar is recruiting for the world’s leading enterprise parking SaaS platform, trusted by global innovators including Google, OpenAI, Netflix, Riot Games, Uber, Novartis, and more. The company transforms how employees arrive at work by bringing parking, EV charging, and other workplace transportation experiences together in one intelligent platform. It supports complex enterprise programs around the world, helping customers make better use of their infrastructure while creating a simpler experience for employees.

Why This Role Is Exciting
  • Premier enterprise customers and reference logos, including OpenAI, Uber, Sanofi, Novartis, Riot Games, L’Oréal, and more
  • Majority greenfield deals, replacing spreadsheets, manual processes, and champions having to physically place traffic cones to control access to their garages. Head-to-head competition is rare.
  • ~80% of deals don’t require an RFP process
  • Untapped potential across key sales channels: limited outbound sales, with a history of relying on customer inbound requests and referrals
  • A fast-paced, low-bureaucracy tech company
  • Geographic coverage for the core growth market, North America
The Role

The company is looking for an experienced enterprise seller who has previously worked in parking tech or CRE tech. The role is an individual contributor, likely adding AEs underneath as the company scales. The ideal candidate currently carries a quota or has very recently carried one, rather than someone who has been out of the game for a while and mostly manages AEs.

The company is aiming to find either:

  • A) A parking industry insider, a relationship seller who already has a rolodex they could tap again
  • B) An experienced proptech or software seller with experience in commercial real estate
What the Company Is Looking For
  • 8–10 years in enterprise sales, specifically focused on technology serving parking, real estate, or workplace technology
  • Strong commercial judgment and deal qualification discipline, following MEDDPICC or similar
  • Experience navigating large, complex organizations with many stakeholders

Additional pluses:

  • Prior wins selling into corporates and Class A office space
  • Connections with CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Brookfield, etc.
  • A West Coast geographic focus (no need to be physically based there)
  • Experience with some hardware components
