Purpose:

We’re seeking an Enterprise Sales Leader with 7–10 years of experience in commercial insurance or Insurtech SaaS sales. This individual will play a critical role in driving growth and shaping our go-to-market strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll help agencies, MGAs, and distribution partners modernize how they access and quote markets through Talage’s cutting-edge comparative rating solutions. 

 

Essential Duties/Functions:

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise and strategic channel opportunities across agency, aggregator, and MGA segments. 

Lead consultative discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to commercial lines workflows. 

Educate prospects on the value of digitization, automation, and data-driven quoting using Talage’s API-first platform. 

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design a seamless, customer-centered buyer journey. 

Consistently meet or exceed revenue and performance goals. 

Maintain accurate forecasts, activity records, and CRM documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. 

 

Required Qualifications:

7–10 years of experience in insurance SaaS or Insurtech sales. 

Minimum of 5 years leading or contributing to large enterprise sales cycles

Deep understanding of commercial P&C insurance products (BOP, Workers’ Comp, GL, Commercial Auto). 

Proven success working with or selling to agents, brokers, or MGA distribution channels. 

Strong grasp of comparative rating tools and insurance technology ecosystems. 

Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. 

Skilled in consultative, value-based selling with the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business impact. 


Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) and comparative rater integrations. 

Experience leveraging discovery-based sales frameworks. 

Advanced virtual presentation and demo skills. 

Understanding of API integrations and SaaS workflows within Insurtech.

Additional Information
This is a remote position. Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2-4x per year).

You must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States without requirement of employment sponsorship/visa.
