We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate new logo acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values accountability, and wants to make a measurable impact on company growth.
What You’ll Do..
- Drive new logo revenue within an assigned region, playing a critical role in scaling a PE-backed, high-growth organization.
- Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Execute a disciplined, metrics-driven sales approach aligned to aggressive growth and revenue targets.
- Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and position Tufin as a mission-critical solution.
- Translate complex security and networking challenges into clear, differentiated value for enterprise customers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Leadership to accelerate regional growth.
- Deliver consistent short-term results while establishing repeatable, long-term revenue streams.
- Represent Tufin at key industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements.
Who You Are...
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to senior and executive-level buyers.
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Experience selling security, networking, or complex enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy, prioritize effectively, and deliver results against ambitious targets.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).
- Clear, confident communication skills across executive conversations and formal presentations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight travel.
