The Director, Enterprise Solution Management leads large-scale, Cross-Cox initiatives that have a high degree of visibility, complexity and/or strategic value for Cox Automotive. The role is focused on crafting and delivering innovative solutions that align with Cox Automotive growth strategies as well as providing strategic and consultative guidance on operational readiness, adoption, business process improvement, and change management activities throughout program lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft unique solutions that span multiple Cox Automotive solution sets• Coordinate across product and operational groups to develop integrated solutions• Define value creation for client and Cox Automotive via business case development• Ensure product utilization and longevity through readiness and adoption strategies
- Lead programs to successful completion• Define scope and align to key client outcomes / objectives• Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle• Coordinate program workstreams and manage dependencies• Define and stand up program governance (controls)
- Define key success metrics and change management approach• Define and track key performance indicators for benefit realization• Managing "business continuity" during any change• Potentially prepare affected business areas for transition to the new way of working and help implement new business processes (dependent on contracted work)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and maintain strategic alignment across Cox Automotive• Identify opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients, leveraging cross-Cox solutions to drive greater revenue potential for Cox Automotive
Location:
  • Preference will be given to candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Burlington, VT.
  • This leadership role will require 3 days/week in the office, if located within 25 miles of a Cox Automotive location.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a related field; or 14 years experience in a related field
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
  • Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Ability to work within diverse delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) to achieve successful outcomes
  • Experience navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organizational structure
  • Strong professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Consulting experience

USD 148,500.00 - 247,500.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
