The Enterprise Solutions Architect is a strategic, consultative, and technically proficient leader responsible for partnering with large enterprise therapy organizations to identify operational, clinical, and financial opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes. As a key member of the Enterprise Vanguard Team, this individual serves as a trusted advisor, product expert, and solution strategist, helping enterprise customers maximize the value of the Raintree platform.
This role bridges the gap between business operations, revenue cycle performance, clinical workflows, and technology. The Enterprise Solutions Architect must be capable of conducting deep operational assessments, analyzing enterprise performance metrics, developing ROI models, identifying revenue opportunities, and architecting comprehensive solutions that align Raintree capabilities with customer objectives.
The ideal candidate combines healthcare operational expertise, financial acumen, technical knowledge, and executive-level communication skills to influence decision-makers and drive enterprise transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Enterprise Consulting- Conduct comprehensive assessments of enterprise therapy organizations, including operational workflows, revenue cycle performance, provider productivity, referral management, scheduling efficiency, and financial outcomes.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and revenue leakage opportunities across multi-site organizations.
- Develop strategic recommendations that align customer goals with Raintree solutions and services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, and operational leaders.
- Build detailed business cases demonstrating the value of Raintree solutions.
- Analyze provider productivity, visit utilization, scheduling efficiency, reimbursement trends, denials, collections, and operational KPIs.
- Quantify opportunities such as:
- Revenue gained through improved scheduling utilization.
- Increased provider capacity.
- Reduction in denied claims.
- Improved collection rates.
- Enhanced referral conversion rates.
- Reduced administrative burden.
- Create executive-level ROI presentations and financial models.
- Benchmark customer performance against industry standards and Raintree enterprise metrics.
- Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage Raintree products, services, and integrations.
- Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions with enterprise customers.
- Develop tailored recommendations based on organizational goals, workflows, and growth strategies.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
- Become a recognized subject matter expert across the Raintree platform.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or enterprise solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of:

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Experience within outpatient therapy, rehabilitation, or specialty healthcare markets.
- Experience with EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, or healthcare SaaS platforms.
- MBA, MHA, or advanced business degree.
- Experience working with enterprise healthcare organizations and multi-site practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
- Understands healthcare operations and financial drivers.
- Identifies opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.
- Uses data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Creates actionable recommendations backed by measurable outcomes.
- Designs scalable solutions that align technology capabilities with business goals.
- Builds trust with senior leaders through expertise, confidence, and strategic insight.
- Demonstrates expert-level understanding of Raintree products and their practical application.
- Leads customers through transformation initiatives with a focus on outcomes and long-term success.
