This is an entry-level, $45,000/year Graphic Designer position at Wander, based in Austin, TX. You'll take AI-generated, template-based websites and transform them into polished, beautiful sites for luxury short-term vacation rental managers.
What you'll do- Take AI-generated website templates and turn them into beautiful, on-brand sites for luxury short-term rental property managers
- Apply strong design taste to layouts, typography, colors, and imagery so every site feels premium and trustworthy
- Customize templates for each client's brand, property portfolio, and target guest
- Use AI tools, including Claude Cowork, to speed up design, content, and website-building workflows
- Collaborate with the team to refine templates and design systems over time
- Entry-level role paying $45,000/year — no professional experience required, but a strong design portfolio (school projects, personal work, or freelance) is a must
- Genuine interest in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual branding, with an eye for luxury and premium aesthetics
- Comfortable using AI tools for design and workflow, and excited to use Claude Cowork daily
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to move quickly across many small projects
- Austin, TX based required; relocation is not supported
