Summary:

The Digital Products Manager (DPM) is responsible for providing vision, guidance, and direction for an assigned set of Digital applications (products) and resources. The DPM will manage a team of Product Owners who help to carry out that work. These applications include, but are not limited to: member portal, provider portal, website, provider directory, mobile applications, digital therapeutics, etc. Supports and analyzes business operations during build decisions. Prioritizes requested changes to applications. Manages software updates. Ensures alignment with the digital delivery methodology and overall CCHCS IS methodologies. The DPM must have exemplary communication and presentation skills and a history of delivering successful products, projects, and/or programs. They must work well under short timelines and able to deliver iterative value. A successful candidate will be comfortable with abstract or ambiguous requests and able to translate them into actionable work items for their team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Health Care, IT, Business, or a related field) – Marketing, English – Communications.

  • 5+ years’ experience working in an IT or similar environment required – program mgmt., any tech or software company, product mgmt., ecommerce, digital agencies, etc.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management level role preferred, ideally with a cross-functional team.

  • 3+ years product, program, or project management preferred.

  • Familiar with enterprise change management processes.

  • Experience with Epic applications, ideally MyChart, Care Link, Haiku/Canto, Care Companion.

  • Experience with Health Plans preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

  • Agile or lean experience or certification preferred (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar).

  • Must be Epic certified within 6 months of hire.
