The Technical Consultant will assist in ERP implementations focusing on customization, report development, and workflow configuration, while training new team members.
This is a remote position.
- We are looking for technical Consultant with ERP implementation experience of Epicor and/or other solutions.
- This person will be responsible for customisation, report development, work flow configuration and any technical work related in ERP implementation.
- Performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, to analyze variances, to assess trends to effect process.
- Train and build team of fresher or less experience recruits.
Requirements
- Working experience of .Net, C#, SQL Server technologies and/or any other development tool
- Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on ERP Projects. Any ERP project management experience is preferred.
- Specific experience with structured development methodologies and standards.
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
- Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.
- Self-motivated to perform effectively and provide accurate results.
- Applicants with prior ERP Implementation background are expected to possess below additional skills:
- Advise functional team to minimize gaps between standard customer's business processes with work arounds or less coded customization
Qualifications:
- B.E (Computer science) / Solid experience in .Net, C# and SQL Server Technologies
- Must have 3 to 4 years working with ERPs with minimum 1 year in a position where significant implementation responsibilities were managed by the candidate.
- One full life cycle would be preferred.
- Certifications in one or more areas if prior experience available with any ERP
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
