  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills - critical thinking, data and information analysis, research and problem solving.
  • Understanding of the capital markets and stock markets, and a passion for investing.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Excel is expected and required.
  • Familiarity with the financial sector preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to senior analysts through fundamental analysis with an emphasis on bottoms-up research.
  • Assist in the construction of maintenance of detailed company-specific and industry models.
  • Draft individual company and sector-wide research reports.
  • Analyze industry data to identify current and long-term trends.
  • Keep abreast of industry-related news flow and analyze implications on companies under coverage.
  • Update and maintain analyst marketing presentations.
  • Communicate with both institutional clients and internal clients to convey investment recommendations and ideas.
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries regarding research.
