How You Will Make an Impact

The ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and other accounting systems. This role acts as a point of contact and provides support and administration for these systems, participates in process and system improvements, and system configuration, testing, and training activities. The ERP Analyst reports to the ERP Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Business Applications Team to provide support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and other financial systems
  • Responsible for the accounting functions of the accounting reporting systems and their impact on the financial statements and operational reports
  • Access management: manage user roles and permissions. Administer security settings and restrictions across all applications to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices with systems that manage sensitive data and work with company’s cyber security polices and procedures.
  • Strong process analysis, risk, and control identification (SOX), and critical thinking skills
  • Provide incident and task support for financial systems using ITSM tool
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of department processes
  • Assist in the documentation of systems and processes
  • Provide end-user functional training for financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and enhancements in financial systems and processes
  • Track improvements and enhancements as user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Assist in development and coordinate testing of improvements and system updates
  • Function as a liaison to the Information Technology (IT) department regarding financial system configuration and needs
  • Assist Accounting Systems and Business Applications teams in maintaining integrations between related systems
  • Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions system integration processes
  • Customer-focused mindset and approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrate strong people skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, management, public, and external agencies
  • Communication skills to provide an effective presentation of ideas, plans, and processes
  • Change management skills to communicate system and process changes and implementations

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with an emphasis on analytics
  • Multiyear experience as a financial systems analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O
  • Experience working in core financial and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting
  • Proven experience with accounting applications and systems required
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Experience with Power BI is a big plus
  • Knowledge of experience of full lead to cash and need to pay processes is a plus
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
