Job Title: ERP Application Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $115,000–$130,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a ERP Application Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development. The role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform. The ideal candidate combines strong Workday platform knowledge with practical engineering discipline and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
  • Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
  • Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
  • Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
  • Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
  • Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday Pro certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Extend application development.
  • Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
  • Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
  • Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.
