What would you do?

Role – Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM – Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

The role will require around 30% travel within United States.

Key Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant: Knowledge of NA Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation & support lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of NA Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management modules.
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
  • Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
  • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions for them.
  • Document all the business processes in each module.
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud application.
  • Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
  • Present & demo new features as part of Quarterly Update process.
  • Design solutions for multiple customers as part of pre-sales activity.
  • The role will require around 30% travel within United States.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management modules is a must.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Recruitment modules is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration is a must.
  • Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects.
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification Preferred.
