  • Manage data and document storage: transmit, scan, and file into appropriate systems
  • Coordinate closing time and location with customers and notaries
  • Work within strict deadlines to ensure closings happen on time

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • 3+ years of experience as an Escrow Assistant or Escrow Coordinator, with a solid understanding of the closing process from start to finish.
Exceptional customer service skills — both verbal and written — and take pride in building strong, positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong technical skills and confidence working with escrow and title platforms (such as Qualia) as well as other digital tools that streamline workflow.
  • A resourceful approach to problem solving, where you take initiative and have a proactive mindset.
