Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As an Events Marketing Coordinator, you will be the organizational heartbeat of Engrain's event presence. You will handle the tactical execution of our trade shows and corporate events, ensuring every showcase is executed flawlessly to drive brand awareness and unit-level engagement. The Events Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. We are looking for an AI-forward coordinator who is eager to blend traditional event logistics with modern automation to keep us ahead of the curve.
What you'll do...
  • Logistical Execution: Manage the end-to-end logistics for a diverse range of events.
  • Asset Management: Coordinate the shipping, handling, and inventory of event materials, ensuring our interactive visuals and mapping solutions are presented perfectly at every booth.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and sponsors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • On-Site Support: Travel to events as needed to manage registration, booth setup, and attendee experience.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Use AI to synthesize attendee feedback and lead data into actionable insights to help the Marketing team measure event ROI.
  • AI-Powered Productivity: Integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows to increase output quality and speed for event communications and scheduling..
  • Task Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, such as meeting summaries or data entry, using Engrain's internal tech stack and emerging AI tools.

What you offer us...
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or event coordination.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipping deadlines and event calendars simultaneously.
  • AI Proficiency: Highly capable of leveraging Generative AI and automation tools to streamline event workflows, including content drafting, vendor communications, and lead data management.
  • Responsible AI Awareness: Understanding of confidentiality, ethical considerations, and appropriate AI usage when handling company or lead data.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; you can represent Engrain professionally to both vendors and prospects.
  • Adaptability: A "no task too small" attitude and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: salary of $60,000 - $70,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
